Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities
Minneapolis and Saint Paul All-Star Program

Each season, the Twins RBI program assembles three all-star teams, from the Minneapolis and Saint Paul RBI league, to compete in the RBI Central Regional Tournament. The winner of the tournament qualifies for the RBI World Series to compete against the winners of seven other regional tournaments.

The intent of the all-star program is to provide players in the Minneapolis and Saint Paul RBI league another opportunity to participate in a competitive quality playing experience. In the regional tournament, there are three divisions of play and our program will enter a team in each of the following divisions:

  • Junior Boys Division: Ages 13-15 born on or after May 1, 1995
  • Senior Boys Division: Ages16-18 born on or after May 1, 1992
  • Senior Girls Softball Division: Ages 16-18 born on or after January 1, 1992

*Age is the determing factor for eligibility, not level in school - players who are out of high school but still meet the age requirement are eligible*
